JJ was an incredible guide — patient with our group but kept us moving at a great pace. We circled the whole island, stopped at a little sandbar nobody else was at, and I genuinely didn’t want it to end. Best two hours we spent in Key West, full stop.

Captain Patrick took us to a sandbar that was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon — I have no idea how, but he found it. We anchored, waded around, had a few drinks, and it felt like we had the whole ocean to ourselves. The Perry day pass they include was a great bonus too.

I’d never been on a waverunner before and was genuinely nervous. Manny made me feel so comfortable and by ten minutes in I was having the time of my life. Small group — just four of us — so it felt really personal. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Captain Dustin really knows his stuff. He read the water conditions and adjusted our route on the fly to find better visibility — we ended up seeing more reef fish than I expected in December. Private boat, just our family of five. Worth every penny.

Did the 2-hour flagship with Carter as our guide and it was phenomenal. He kept the pace perfect — fast enough to be thrilling, slow enough to take in the mangroves and the channel views. My boyfriend and I still talk about that ride. Six Fins is the only call to make in Key West.

We booked the sandbar charter for our anniversary and Captain Patrick made it feel like it was designed specifically for us. Crystal water, no crowds, Captain knew exactly where to anchor. The shuttle from our hotel was included and the whole experience was seamless. Five stars doesn’t do it justice.

Drew was our guide for the freestyle hour and we had an absolute blast. He knows the channels cold and let us really open up the waverunners in the safe spots. Easy booking process, professional setup, and we were on the water in minutes. Perfect for a quick hit of adrenaline between other Key West stops.

Captain Dustin timed the sunset perfectly — I don’t know if that’s skill or luck but we were anchored at exactly the right spot as it dropped. Our group of eight had the whole boat to ourselves. He was easygoing, knowledgeable about the reefs and the area, and never made us feel rushed. Stunning evening.

We came off a cruise ship with about three hours to kill and found Six Fins online. Best spontaneous decision of the trip. JJ took us on the circumnavigation route — we saw the whole island from the water, hit a sandbar, and got back in time to reboard. The Perry day pass access was a great perk too.

Rented the private boat charter through Six Fins for our bachelor party — seven guys, Captain Patrick, and a cooler. He found us a sandbar nobody was using, kept the vibe relaxed, and knew exactly when to give us space and when to add some commentary. Zero complaints from anyone in the group. Legendary morning.

Our first time on jet skis ever and Six Fins made it feel completely safe and incredibly fun. Manny explained everything clearly at the dock, rode alongside us the whole time, and pointed out landmarks we would have completely missed on our own. The 90 minutes went by in about ten. We’re already planning a return trip.
