A private charter where your group sets the dress code.
A private clothing-optional charter is a discreet day on our 30-foot Jeanneau. Your group only — no shared boats, no strangers. Captain Dustin or Captain Patrick remains clothed and operates the boat professionally. What your group does on board, within reason, is your own business.
We launch from the Perry Marina and get past the harbor markers before the dress code conversation starts. From there you’re in your own stretch of Atlantic. We return on schedule.
Booking this trip is by phone preferred. Call us, tell us your group and your date, and we’ll confirm with a deposit.

The crew running your charter.
Before you book.
Is this legal?
On private boats in Florida waters beyond the harbor, adults can make their own choices. We know the zone and operate within it. The captain is USCG-licensed and the vessel is fully insured.
Is this a shared charter?
Never. Your group only. No strangers on board, no shared boats. We don’t film or photograph any clothing-optional charter.
What is the captain’s role?
The captain operates the boat professionally. He sets the standard of conduct on board — within reason, your group has latitude. His authority on safety and navigation is final.
Where do we launch from?
Perry Hotel & Marina, Dock A. We get clear of the harbor before anything changes. Parking is free at the hotel.
Why is phone booking preferred?
This trip benefits from a short conversation before booking — group size, what you’re looking for, any specific requests. It also lets us confirm with a deposit, which holds the slot.
